Data and purposes
When contacting us, you may provide your name, email, telephone number, business details and project information. These are used to respond, prepare proposals and, if a contract is concluded, provide and support the service. Steps requested by the data subject before a contract and contractual performance may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); legal duties, such as invoicing, may rely on Article 6(1)(c).
Technical delivery may involve IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and access logs for availability and security. Legitimate-interest assessments and supplier arrangements must be documented. This institutional website does not collect payment data or offer account registration.
Contact channels and suppliers
Hosting and delivery use Cloudflare. Business email is forwarded through Cloudflare to an internal Gmail mailbox. WhatsApp involves Meta’s service and opens only when you select its link. Instagram and other external links also belong to third parties. Messages are subject to the terms of the channels used.
Supplier roles, processing locations and the conditions of any international transfers depend on the services and contracts used. You may request information about the applicable mechanisms and safeguards through the privacy contact. Using an international supplier does not mean that all data is processed only within the European Economic Area. We do not sell received contact information or automatically use it for campaigns.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: six months after the enquiry is closed. Technical working copies: thirty days after delivery, except where covered by contracted maintenance or other necessary and agreed retention. Contractual and tax records are kept for the applicable statutory periods. Deletion is an operational responsibility and is not performed automatically by this website.
Documents required for legal obligations and the defence of rights may have separate retention periods that must be recorded. The language preference is explained in the cookies notice.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing where legally applicable. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests are generally answered within one month; any legally permitted extension must be explained and notified. Further identity information is requested only where necessary and proportionate.
You may complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD). Exercising your rights does not require a service subscription.
Security, minimisation and future products
This institutional website has no collection form, checkout or integrated customer database. Information sent through email or WhatsApp still requires protection. Do not send sensitive information, identity documents, passwords or bank details in an initial enquiry.
Future accounts, newsletters, payments, analytics or database integrations require a new assessment and prior information. SaaS products and client projects require their own arrangements; this notice does not certify their compliance.
